Partner Program · For independent jewelers, Southern California
Your customer asks for a discount. Your team holds the price and adds something instead.
We partner with a small number of independent jewelers to include a complimentary portrait session with any purchase above a threshold you set. It costs you nothing until a sale closes above your threshold. Then a small fixed fee applies, and we handle everything after that.
And when that customer comes back to us for their wedding, we send them back to you holding a gift certificate we bought from your store.
Paid only on redemption · No retainer · No staff hours · One store per area

Couples

I. How it works
Three moments, and only the first is yours.
Your team presents it
A customer nearing your threshold hears that the piece includes a portrait session. Your salesperson hands them a card.
We take it from there
The couple books directly with us. We handle scheduling, location, the session itself, editing, delivery, and every question along the way.
You get the images
You receive licensed portraits of your own piece on your own customer, released and cleared for your use. The couple gets their full gallery.
II. The part that matters most
The customer ends where they started: in your store, spending again.
Handing a customer to another business usually means losing them. This is built to do the opposite. When a couple books us for their wedding, we buy a gift certificate from your store and give it to them as part of their package. We pay you in full, at face value. They have to walk back through your door to use it.
We buy the certificate at face value, sized to the package. A sale at your margins, not a discount off your revenue.
You are not paying a referral fee and you are not owed one. We are simply your customer, buying a gift certificate.
A certificate is redeemed at the counter, in front of your cases, by two people planning a wedding.
- 01
The ring
The customer buys above your threshold and receives the portrait session.
- 02
The session
We photograph the couple and the piece. They share it, and your store is tagged.
- 03
The wedding
Some book us for the wedding itself, or for a quinceañera.
- 04
We buy from you
We buy a gift certificate from your store, sized to the package, and pay for it in full.
- 05
They come back
The couple returns to redeem it, most often for wedding bands.
III. What it does for the store
Four reasons it pays for itself.
Raises your average sale
The threshold sits above what you sell today. It gives a customer a reason to reach, and your team a reason to hold price instead of cutting it. A discount teaches a customer that your prices move. This does not.
Completes the set
The customer leaving the third ring behind is the most common sale you lose. Crossing the threshold gives your salesperson a clean reason to close all three.
Brings them back through the door
The gift certificate is the return trip. Most couples spend past the value of the card once they are standing at your counter, and they were coming back for bands regardless.
Marketing you cannot buy
Real customers share real portraits wearing your piece and tag your store. That reaches their friends and family, which is where your business already comes from. You also receive the files for your own use.
IV. One customer, many occasions
We sell against the same calendar you do.
Every milestone that brings someone back to your cases is a milestone worth photographing, so neither of us has to invent a reason to stay in touch.
V. What it costs
Billed only when a session is redeemed.
The fee is fixed no matter how large the sale, and it is shared with you on the first visit. The lift it buys is not fixed. That difference is the entire argument, and it compounds every month you run it.
| Setup or retainer | None |
| Monthly minimum | None |
| Staff hours required | None |
| Billing | On redemption only |
| Returned to you | A gift certificate on every wedding or quinceañera booked |
You are invoiced only when a customer books their session. A voucher that is never redeemed is never billed.
VI. Setting your threshold
| If your average sale runs | Suggested threshold |
|---|---|
| $1,500 to $2,500 | $4,000 |
| $3,000 to $5,000 | $7,500 |
| $6,000 to $9,000 | $12,000 |
A guideline only. We set your threshold together, in one conversation, based on what you actually sell.
VII. The division of labor
Four things for the store. Everything else for us.
- Sets the threshold
- Presents the card at the counter
- Pays the session fee when a session is redeemed
- Honors the gift certificates we purchase
- All scheduling and client communication
- Location scouting and the session itself
- Professional lighting, direction, and a guaranteed set of images
- Editing and delivery, about one week on average
- Signed releases and licensed files to the store
- Printed cards and counter materials for your team
- A certificate purchased from you on every wedding or quinceañera booked
Next step
A small number of stores to start, one per area.
If this sounds like something your team would use, the first step is a visit to your store, whenever it suits you. We would rather show you the work than talk about it.
