Our program creates a distinctive member experience while providing your club with professional imagery for internal publishing. We handle planning, communication, scheduling, and execution in full, requiring no staff oversight and with the option to operate without a membership roster.
The program is offered at no cost, increasing member engagement, strengthening community, and refreshing your club’s brand visuals.

Our main offering and what allows our program to work. Members are invited to bring their spouse or family for a luxury portrait experience in the comfort of their club. Portraits of members, staff, and board are used to update directories, POS systems, and leadership displays.
Membership roster is not required, but is recommended for those who want to complete their directory images.

Our membership portrait experience is designed to be simple, organized, and easy for everyone involved. It follows a clear three step process that guides members from booking to final image selection while requiring minimal coordination from your team.

Members will have a variety of ways to book their appointment including a number they can text or call, email submission, form submission to staff, and even directly on a calendar, here on our website, where they can view availability.

Shoot times can vary depending on the type of shoot a member requests and the amount of family present. Our artists will show them curated poses and assist in making them look their absolute best.

Members will review their portraits, make their selections, go over edits, and have an optional review of our print products. There is no pressure selling, and members will have access to an online gallery of their work for life.
