Arceo Studio Collective brings a family photographer to private clubs, and partners with businesses that sell at a high ticket and with independent jewelers. Every program ends the same way: a portrait, professionally lit and posed, that someone keeps for a generation.
For club members: no fee to book or participate.

A family photographer, brought to your club. Members are professionally lit, posed, and given a gift, and a fully designed marketing kit makes the visit easy to share.

The Club Portrait Experience · The gift
A gift to your members, not a photo appointment.
The reason members come is simple: the club is giving them a family portrait. Everything else follows from that.

A print in hand
Every household that sits leaves with a complimentary 5×7 portrait, finished by our lab, with no purchase required. For many members that is the whole evening, and it is a welcome outcome.
ii.
Every generation welcome
Spouses, children, grandchildren, and the dog if the club allows it. Sittings are unhurried, so there is time to photograph everyone together and individually.
iii.
More, if they love it
Prints, framed pieces, and digital files are there for families who want more, and many do once they see their portraits. Members review them with the artist the same day, with no sales script and no pressure.
For the club
A special occasion, made easy to share.
Family portraits in the comfort of your own clubhouse are an occasion, and we make them easy to share. We send a fully designed marketing kit, with member emails, signage, cards, and digital ads, and members book their own times on a calendar we host. Your staff help spread the word. A roster is optional, for clubs that would like us to reach out, and never required.
No image is released for any use without the permission of both the member and the club, and the club receives a privacy addendum in writing.

Pick dates
2-4+ weeks preferred. A short call to choose them around your calendar, and we handle any board or committee questions.

The marketing kit
A fully designed kit: member emails, signage, cards, and digital ads, written for your membership and carrying your club's name.

Members book themselves
A private booking page for your club, open the moment the kit goes out. Your staff point members to it; confirmations and reminders come from us.

The studio arrives
We set up in a room you choose, run every sitting ourselves, and hand the club its imagery when the visit is done.

The experience
Every step, in-house.
From the first frame to the finished print, each sitting runs on tools we built ourselves, so nothing about a member's portraits is left to chance.

Guided, start to finish
Posed, lit, and directed by the artist the entire time. There is nothing to figure out on your own, which is the part members are most surprised by.

Same-day review
Portraits are retouched in front of you, during your review. What you approve is what you receive. No waiting weeks to see a finished image.

Seen at true scale
For anyone choosing finished pieces, our design suite shows the portraits framed, matted, and on a wall before you commit to anything.

A print in hand
Every session includes a complimentary 5×7 print of your favorite portrait, finished by our lab and ready to frame or gift.

The finish
A collection we curated ourselves.
We built our own selection of finished pieces, each one chosen to reflect the gallery quality we bring to our own work. We retouch and approve every portrait before it is printed, and every piece is made on archival materials, mounted on heavyweight board, and sealed with a protective lustre coating rated for more than eighty years of display.
Delivered in one to two weeks. Paintings, about six weeks.

Your buyer does not need a discount. They need the day to feel like something. Two programs add a commissioned portrait to the sale, so the price holds and the purchase is remembered.
The Portrait Incentive
Something to add, not something to take off
For yacht and aircraft brokers, fine automobiles, custom home builders, luxury real estate, fine art, high jewelry and watches, and every business whose customers would frame the day they bought. You set the purchase threshold, choose a tier, and pay only when a session is redeemed. We handle everything after the sale.
The Jewelers Partner Program

For independent jewelers: a complimentary portrait session with purchases above your threshold. We photograph the couple and the piece, you receive licensed images of your work, and when they book their wedding or quinceañera with us, we buy a gift certificate from your store and send them back to your counter.

Arceo Studio Collective brings a family photographer to private clubs, partners with businesses that sell at a high ticket, and makes portraits in its own studio, combining deliberate lighting and direction with a finishing process we direct from first frame to final print.
Our professionals bring a combined decade of portrait experience to Arceo Studio Collective: a team of portrait, event, editorial, and wedding photographers who share one standard. The portrait should feel like it could hang for a generation.
